Sports & Physical Activity

The C.H. Friend School believes that an active mind and body produces good fruit. We also understand that kids need physical activities to keep both their energy levels in check and minds clear. All grades Pre-Kindergarten through 10th grade have a designated PE time each day.

Girls Softball

Grades 5th through 12th are eligible to play Spring Softball. Contact the office to register. Practices begin mid February.

Girls Volleyball

Girls in grades 5th through 12th are eligible to play Fall Girls Volleyball. Contact the office to register. Practices begin late summer.

Basketball

All students in grades 5th through 12th are eligible to play winter Basketball. Contact the office to register. Practices begin late fall.

Co-Ed Soccer

All students in grades 5th through 12th are eligible to play fall Soccer. Contact the office to register. Practices begin late summer.

Cheer

Girls in grades 5th through 12th are eligible to join Cheer. Cheer runs concurrent with basketball season. Contact the office for more information and to register.
